Product Fulfillment
The cap, gown, tassel, announcements, paper products, and diploma plaque will be delivered to the school and distributed on a day determined by the school administration and your Balfour representative. Announcements will be made at the school regarding the distribution day. This date is normally 4 weeks before graduation. The diploma and diploma cover (if required at your school) will be distributed at graduation. Senior apparel clothing items and accessories will be delivered to the school within a few weeks of placing your order. Return Policy

Graduation Products, Class Apparel, and Graduation Announcements

Returns will ONLY be allowed for students who do not graduate and requests must be submitted in writing to jcrumbley@balfourtaylor.com. Personalized items cannot be returned. A broken sale fee will apply. If any of your products have arrived damaged or defective, please contact us. Graduation Caps, Gowns, and Regalia

Except in cases of manufacturer defect, customized, personalized, and monogrammed items are not eligible for return. Eligible stock items may be available for return. Please note that a broken sale fee may apply. Note: products and packaging must be in new condition and products must be returned in the original unopened packaging and will not be returned if worn or altered in any way. Letter Jackets and Patches

Balfour guarantees the quality of every product we make and sell. For all purchases, Balfour offers a refund, credit or exchange on any jacket or patch with a defect in materials or workmanship. All orders received at www.balfourcampusproducts.com will be audited and errors corrected.

Note: All product claims must be made by June 15th following the end of the school year.
